Student Registration

Free Demo Classes

Kalika Edu may offer free demo classes to help parents and students experience our teaching approach before enrollment. A free demo class does not guarantee admission or continued availability of a specific teacher, schedule, or program.

Fees and Payments

Course fees, payment schedules, and available payment methods will be communicated before enrollment. Enrollment is confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully received. Unless otherwise agreed, all fees paid for educational services are non-refundable after classes have commenced.

Attendance and Participation

Students are encouraged to attend classes regularly and participate actively during live sessions. Parents should ensure that students have a stable internet connection, a suitable learning environment, and the required device to attend online classes successfully.

Student Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully towards teachers, staff, and fellow learners during all online sessions. Disruptive behaviour, inappropriate language, harassment, or misuse of the learning platform may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or removal from the program without refund.

Intellectual Property

All learning materials, presentations, notes, videos, worksheets, graphics, website content, logos, and branding provided by Kalika Edu remain the intellectual property of Kalika Edu unless otherwise stated. These materials are intended solely for the enrolled student's personal learning and may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, recorded, or shared without prior written permission.

Online Learning Platform

Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials provided for online learning platforms. Kalika Edu is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet outages, device failures, or third-party platform issues beyond our reasonable control.
